Beyond lamb, we source beef, pork, poultry and game from EU-approved Romanian establishments. Every line is quoted per enquiry against specification, volume, destination and incoterm.
Lines we source
- Beef & veal
- Young bull, cow and veal — quarters, primals and vacuum-packed cuts, chilled or frozen.
- Pork
- Carcass, half-carcass and primals; loin, belly, shoulder, leg. Trimmings and fat to agreed lean specification.
- Poultry
- Whole chicken and portions — breast, leg quarters, wings — fresh or blast-frozen, plus turkey and duck seasonally.
- Goat & mutton
- Carcass and cuts for diaspora and GCC trade, halal-certified where required for the lane.
- Game & specialty
- Wild boar, venison and rabbit in limited seasonal volumes against a written brief.
- Offal & by-products
- Liver, heart, kidney, tripe and other edible offal, prepared to destination-approved standards.
How it is supplied
- Slaughter and cutting only at establishments holding current EU approval and applying the identification mark under Reg. 853/2004.
- Chilled or frozen, vacuum-packed in cartons or bulk-boxed on Euro pallets; metric weights throughout.
- Halal certification arranged with recognised bodies where the destination requires it.
- Documentation coordinated per lane — intra-EU free circulation, UK EHC with IPAFFS, or third-country EHC.
