What we source

Light lambs at 5–6 kg for the Italian and Greek trade, heavier carcasses and primal cuts, and live export subject to health status. Volumes peak at Orthodox and Catholic Easter, Ramadan and Eid al-Adha.
Lamb specification
Traditional Romanian sheep and cow varieties — telemea, cașcaval, brânză de burduf, urdă, caș — from farm and small-dairy origin, formatted for wholesale and affinage.
Cheese varietiesBeyond the two hero lines
Other meats, dairy, seasonal fruit and vegetables, and Romanian agricultural land — each sourced against a written brief. Tell us the specification, volume or hectares and we confirm whether we can act credibly before we quote.
Beef, pork, poultry and game from EU-approved Romanian establishments — carcass, primal and portioned, chilled or frozen.
Meat programmesApples, plums, cherries, potatoes, onions, cabbage and roots — field-run or graded, in bulk bins, crates or retail packs.
Produce rangeArable land, pasture, orchards and operating farms in Romania, plus structured agricultural investment introductions.
Land opportunitiesWhere we supply
Three named destination regions, each with its own documentation regime. Further markets by arrangement.
Greece, Italy, Germany, Spain, Croatia and the wider Balkans
The core lane. Goods move in free circulation within the single market: no border health certificate and no SPS inspection between member states. Largest lamb volume, plus the diaspora cheese markets in Germany, Spain and Italy.
Requires EU-approved establishment and identification mark; TRACES intra-Union certification for live animals.
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
Post-Brexit third country and the higher-friction lane. Served, and well suited to specialist cheese wholesalers and affineurs as well as diaspora wholesale.
Export Health Certificate signed by an official veterinarian, IPAFFS pre-notification by the UK importer, and Border Control Post checks.
Select GCC markets, subject to current health status
Highest per-unit lamb value and strong premium cheese demand for retail and hotel supply. Live-export interest is real but exposed to disease-status suspensions.
Export Health Certificate plus halal certification. Access is subject to current animal health status and any market suspension in force — we will not quote a market that is closed.
Further markets by arrangement. Other destinations can be considered on request. We will confirm the documentation regime and whether a compliant route exists before committing to supply — we do not pre-commit to a certification regime that is not yet in place.
